What is Project Management?
According to Wikipedia, “Project management is the process of leading the work of a team to achieve goals and meet success criteria at a specified time. The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints.”
My background in recruiting has contributed to my project management skills. Recruiting is fast paced, and often requires the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time.
My most recent position was as a Project Manager for a mobility solutions company in Cudahy, WI. In this position I worked closely with the outside sales representatives to assemble proposals for submission, assistant in estimating service and installation projects, review shop drawings and architectural drawings.
I have excellent interpersonal skills and pride myself on keeping all project stakeholders up to date on the project status, scheduling, and equipment orders.
I can work on tight deadlines, competent in using Microsoft Office and Google tools, have strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
